We had a very pleasant stay at this 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable and clean, providing us with the perfect place to relax after a long day of traveling. We were particularly impressed with the hotel's location, as it was easily accessible from the motorway and within walking distance to both the old center and city center. This meant that we had plenty of options for dining and exploring the local area.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Excellent quality overall: great location - Spa is a great place for a day/evening stop in a longer travel (the latter was our case, lovely old Town, beautiful park/spa), lots of places to eat and drink- everything in 5 min walking distance. Hotel is located in some mini- shopping/restaurant center (mini-market open till 22 on Saturday!) but this is a good thing. We got room for 3 people - large, great beds, brilliant bathroom (v quiet doors - important during a night!); good a/c - windows, v quiet overall. Breakfast = brilliant/staff -service excellent. Fantastic garage - very secure so one can leave all stuff in the car without worries - immediate access to the hotel - most convenient. We usually stop in this area on the UK-Poland drive and definitely will use this hotel again. Most recommended.

This is not a hotel fault - there was a Schutzferein (?) fest in the Town (v nice experience) and there were some noisy hotel guest near us for quite long into the night. Not sure about fest link here (could be innocent) as this is typical for our tourists' civilization - even the best/brilliant hotels are spoiled by noisy morons who behave without any consideration for other people (we stayed in 3 hotels in our trip and this problem was epidemic). Overall this hotel is a great place to stop and excellent value for money. The staff could be a bit more proactive in making life easier for drivers. On the way back I was surprised that the main access road from the Spa to a2 link was fully closed due to roadworks (we arrived by different route). We spent some time messing around on our way to a2 - not a big deal but....

The hotel is quite new and very central. We had a suite which was very nicely furnished, modern and spacious. The spaces in the hotel garage were also spacious, quite unusual in towns,

Great location close to the city center and easily accessible by car. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options. There was also a good selection of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly and professional.

The Wi-Fi was not always reliable, which made it difficult to stay connected. The air conditioning could have been a bit stronger, as it was quite warm during our stay.

Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. there is a supermarket right next to the hotel for any extra needs, and a large car park nearby.

During my Xmas stay in this hotel, I was impressed with the location, as it was within walking distance of the town center and all its amenities. the hotel also had an easily accessible car park, which was a great convenience for us. the room was comfortable, clean and inviting, and the bed was comfortable, allowing us to have a good night's rest. Plus, the staff was polite, friendly, and welcoming, creating a cozy atmosphere.

The hotel could have done better with the quality and variety of breakfast options, as they seemed to focus too much on German cuisine and left little room for international options. the room lacked proper sound insulation, as we could hear noise from the street.
